Moonie is our self-appointed Goodwill Ambassador for the farm. He is also the center of Circle A's program for at-risk youth. Program participatnts learn all about horses, including grooming, leading and handling with Moonie, before graduating to a full size horse. Moonie loves his job and all the attention. A sponsor is needed to help offset costs related to Moonies's day-to- day care.
Gia arrived in spring 2017, blind in one eye and in foal. Quinn arrived April 2nd - first to foal at Circle A . Gia is part of our sanctuary program, she will live out her life at Circle A, with her Legend (her eyes). Gia is looking for sponsors to help pay for her care.
Willow is one of our senior residents that loves carrots, companionship and to be groomed. She is a beautiful paint mare that went from auction to auction in the northeast until she found her way to Circle A. She came to us emaciaited and sick, Willow struggled to make the 6 hour trip to Virginia Beach. Three years later Willow is healthy, happy with her buddy Reno - the only thing missing in her life is a person to call her own.
